We will be taking collage making to a deeper level: to access, respond to and integrate contents of the psyche to heal from trauma and for self-awareness.
Free Initial Consultation
Our free initial consultation will allow us to meet and get to know each other.
Confidential Paperwork: We will begin with you completing confidential paperwork which will help us focus on what areas of your life or challenges
What To Expect
I do not use a "cookie cutter" approach. Although each session will include the described process, our time together is completely individualized.
We may spend additional time on certain components depending on what is called for in the moment.
No art experience is necessary!
Each session is comprised of the following:

initial check-in which allows us to focus our time.

Guided visualization which includes hypnotherapy and Reiki.

Collage/art making.

Discussion of the art piece/process.

For my ongoing clients, I will also ask you to establish a collage/art journal and create one collage/art piece per day that suits your unique exploration.
